2013 Competitive Team Registration Night

Breakers Registration Night will be held on Monday February 25th at the Courtyard by Marriott, 3501 Seagate Way, Oceanside, Ca 92056.  Teams are asked to adhere to the following schedule;

                U8 through U10 - from 5.30pm to 6.30pm

                U11 & U12 - from 6.30pm to 7.15pm

                U13 & U14 - from 7.15pm to 8.00pm

Players will need to complete the CalSouth Player Registration Form, Player Agreement for their age group, and the volunteer forms. The uniform order form will only be available for completion on the night of registration.

If you have children in multiple age groups, please choose the time most convenient to you and your family.
